Zac’s Club Before & After School Clubs
Our Breakfast and After School Clubs are a key part of caring for children, and we have recently started rebranding to Zac’s Club, starting with our Escrick School Club, and the Riccall School Club, which started trading on 5th September 2017. We’re still very proud to have our fabulous Cliffe School Club under the Young Discoverers banner though.
Our Club’s ethos is based on us working closely with the school, on the school site, and offering a service that compliments the school day, creating an atmosphere where children have fun and learn, with the chance to relax and enjoy the company of friends, whilst parents have peace of mind in respect of the care they receive. We take a pride in ensuring that our staff are well trained and qualified, and wholly committed to the care and education of children. Staff turnover is very low, and many children attend our sessions because they love coming, and for the social enjoyment it brings, just as much as because parents need to work.
We are able to take bookings for regular sessions, and for ad hoc sessions, which many people use where there is a need for just occasional care. If you register your child at the Club you can book a session at any time by phoning the Club directly (subject to availability), and your very first session is free.
Our Escrick Club was our very first setting to open as Young Discoverers in November 2008, and we’re delighted to have seen so many children join us on their journey through Primary School. Changing to Zac’s Club in September 2017 sees us very much retain everything that has been so good about the Club including the staff team and philosophy.
We opened our setting at Cliffe in February 2017, and it has grown gradually since the start, providing a fun and exciting environment to spend time together.
Riccall is our new setting, and opened in September 2017, and is already gathering pace. Just currently offering 3 sessions a week, demand is telling us that we will be offering a full service in no time at all.
